RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AT BEYOND RUNNING AND OUTERMOST LAYER

While we are pretty confident you won't ever want to return the awesome item you found at our stores, we do know it may happen from time to time, for various reasons. Below is our return and exchange policy.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Only items in new condition, in the original packaging, with original tags are eligible for returns or exchanges. 

 

If you have a receipt you may be eligible for a refund based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. 

 

If you do not have a receipt you may still be eligible to return an item, based on our discretion, for store credit in the amount of the lowest price the item has sold for.

 

The return window is 14 days from purchase date.  The return window on Christmas gift items is January 7th.  The return window on exchanges is 30 days.

 

All returns regardless of the above criteria are subject to review and will be honored at our discretion.

*During the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, we are not accepting merchandise returns, as items that have left the store could be potentially contaminated.  Exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis when social distancing restrictions allow a safe environment for such interactions*
